My first hunt with the crossbow. Walking down stream, in an overgrown forest with my crossbow on the lookout for some wildlife.
I'm new to hunting and I'm learning how to track animals and look for signs.

Before you leave me a comment telling me I'm not a real hunter, just remember I am still learning how to hunt. This is my first outing with the crossbow. And I have edited down about 6 1/2 hours of footage into a 9 minute clip.

Hey thanks mate, that's my opinion too. Id rather be out there trying than sitting on my bum at home being lazy.

Nicely done. I just thought of something. When you’re walking around with the crossbow in the shot, it reminds me of the predator film. BTW, how far can it accurately shoot? 👍👍👍

haha it does have the first predator look, especially through the forest. umm not sure, the draw is 175pounds, and has a killing range of about 0-100metres with a good shot...

What a beautiful location! Diametrically opposite to here in the Victorian Mallee where it's 43c today.

Thanks mate, it's a special spot for sure. Even in the humid summer, having those trees makes it a bit cooler. I dont think I could handle 43c... haha
