Yes, after VCR GTA finished a lot of people asking about that, She said like it's hard for Holo to join the server. I think it because unlike VCR that invite people carefully, in STOGRA as long you reached the requirements you can join the server
Her answer to that was "大人の事情" (adult matters/various cicrcumstances). I believe it's just Hololive not allowing since Sutogra is a bit more open than VCR hence never know what's going to happen.
