[Eng Rap] The Day Ayane Sakura Became a Rapper God

Happy Birthday Ayaneru!
I put in the effort to have all lines rhyming in Japanese rhyme in English. Thought this wouldn’t be too bad. Nope, this is the dumbest project I’ve ever done. RIP brain on that stupid 5 sentence rhyme combo.
If it wasn’t already obvious to you, I took a lot of liberties with the translations. I tried really hard to retain as much of the original meaning or intent as I could but it’s challenging to translate a line and have it rhyme with several other lines that are also being translated. Consider this more a fun project than a serious sub.
This came from some drama CDs for the anime Kami-sama ni Natta Hi: “The Day I Became a Rapper”. From what I remember, the scriptwriter took the original story, reworked many of the lines into raps, and replaced all the scenarios with rap battles. Unfortunately, I lost the source material; I could only salvage these clips because I uploaded them on Reddit 3 years ago. That means I’m missing most of the context for these clips; I had to guess who she was talking to and what she was talking about based on what I remembered from the anime.
