One brief addition - Cohen taped Trump with the financial agreement so that Pecker would be assured that Trump would reimburse AMI for the payout. It wasn’t to trap Trump - it was to assure Pecker that the money would be repaid. When Pecker backed out of paying Stormy, Cohen was prepared to use it to force Trump to repay him. I think that was what I remember hearing.

There is two lawyers on the jury. I believe they will be the ones that will convince the other juries, to find Trump guilty.
I think they will do a good job of reigning in anyone who wants to make a guilty/not guilty verdict based off of opinion rather than an analysis of the evidence.
