Okay for everyone wondering why hating on this guy .... First he started the video with " school for suckers " and showing how he makes a lot of easy money and that has a really bad influence on teenagers cause it's " an adult with experience and knowledge " telling u that school is bull shit whilst if u studied hard and got a good degree and a real job u will be making much more money than this guy can dream of .
Second is how he makes his money by knocking on rich and old people's houses begging them ....and the only reason they accept it is that he has a teenage vibe which makes it feel like it's not a scam ( cause imagine a big man asking u for money in exchange for cleaning your house ) and he asks for a little money in exchange for " a lot of work " which is not a real smart thing to do cuz houses which need to be cleaned will end someday so this job is so risky and it depends on the people who accept to give u a bunch of dollars for cleaning .( It seems like it's a good way to start but it's not because u need to a lot of houses to be able to collect enough money to have a real business while not a lot of people accepts things like that and also you are using a thing that is "Unsustainable business" )
Third he is doing ads for his teaching course in a site that my sister makes better than it for fun ( she started learning 2 months ago ) ....but to be fair he says in his site u can refund if u Didn't like it
Fourth is he lies too much in his videos most of the time it's about the money he makes per day ( he mostly says 1000 dollar per day ) while he should be having a whole team doing the work and what they normally get from " a deal " is about 250 dollars .
My reasons to hate his videos is his bad influence on teenagers and all his lies
(Btw sorry if there are any grammar mistakes )

    Here is a marketing fact:
Most stores don’t have sales. They just make up a price (say like $500) as the “original” price, then they make the price look lower than that (say like $349). And say it’s the “discount” price when in reality the discounted price is what that item worth. It may seem like common sense but trust me, people can fall for this all the time.

  • @stephengernenz8217
    @stephengernenz8217 Месяц назад

I appreciate his determination. His crew is already active in the area so yes, he just made his company and extra $150 that wasn't expected. However, going from $250 down to $150 is a huge difference. That's nearly a 50% discount and you're telling your customers you were about to make a huge profit. Undercutting yourself that much is a bad business move. Should have gone from $250 to $225 and then $210. Showing confidence in your product and production.

And for all ppl saying it isn't worth the time or money, you can probably find a window cleaning firm or even a freelance contractor that could do it for like $50 to 100$ so, sure cleaning all the windows can take time but if its just a simple wash you can see how this can be done fairly easy and simple.

Being an entrepreneur is not easy guys but don't be discouraged. Here's good points.
    1. Solve a problem and offer a better solution. So dont think of an idea. Think of a problem to solve. This is very important.
    2. When you have a solution to a problem be different meaning you can offer lower cost or offer be quality or better delivery times. Something differentiated.
    3. If you don't have large reserves of money it will be hard to compete in mature markets. So better to create a product or service that is innovative. And enter a newer market that's growing. Example a.i, sustainable consumption these markets are growing fast so easier to open a company in this.
So live in the future and build something you find interesting and solves an actual problem better than other pelle and do it. Take action.
It's easy to operate up a company if you have millions of dollars and compete in mature markets you would take ricardian position. However if low reserves you'd take a entrepreneurial position which involves new growth markets, improving existing product and services and keep it simple.

@@cristianfaison8238 f off, you know you and him are both wrong. Yes he didn't say $200 profit but he didn't even make $200 so why are you throwing it in there? And u can't even say it's rounded because 149 would be closer to $100 rather than $200.
Another thing is he said he would make it in 20s so first, he closed the deal he didn't make any bucks yet. And secondly even just closing the deal wasn't 20s. And last but not least he said, he will make $200. In the end it's his team/company that make the money.
He's just bullshiting y'all like he does with the ppl. Slightly tweaking numbers to look more appealing 🤷🏼‍♂️

    2. The sale price of service was 149 not 200.
    3. Take labor cost, gas, machine maintenance/rental/payments, transport of labor and equipment. Final $ profit maybe $49.
