Home security for a SHTF situation. I have put in motion detectors, but I want to do more. I was thinking of buying chain link fence to cover my windows if the need arose. I did cut 2x4's to the size of my windows and have them along with 3 1/2" screws to block entry if needed. Thanks!

I have a half dozen smaller Ecoflow generators ranging from 1600 watt down to 500 watt. My latest is a small River 2 Max which I bought at Home Depot. It came with a 160 watt solar panel for $499. My concern is a grid down situation. I wouldn't bother keeping my refrigerator running, but I would keep my chest freezer running. I also want to power my stoker coal stove. I have a small Honda gas generator that can charge the battery generators if there is no sun. I do have a 22KW whole house generator, but in a grid down situation I would shut that down and run it for 5 minutes once a week to pump water from my well. The propane for that should last at least 2 years at that usage rate.

Love the reminder. In that situation you’re not needing massive units necessarily to power the little things. Thanks for sharing

Good information. I like product comparisons like yours. So many videos describe a new product but they rarely mention how it compares with the predecessor side by side leaving us confused. You did it perfectly. Keep up the good work you are doing a great service that could benefit everyone.

How about a video showing how to charge these power stations with their portable solar panels. 😊.

Great comparison review! Idea for next topic: Connecting the Delta 2 Max to a Transfer Switch 306A1 (Sold on the EcoFlow US site)
