I guess it's just a holo sticker that has a specific pattern inserted into each part of the sticker For an example, on an 8-ball: he leaves a holographic area inside of the inner circle and with some hard pattern making he uses the colors to highlight a triangular area under a specific angle that would make the triangle glow with purple and the letter B glow with white Basically, this inner circle layer is made out of 3 colors: black, purple, white. And each of them glows with a specific color under a chosen angle I guess he tried out every possible angle to make sure that the sticker works as intended

Isn't it just using the rotation of the players weapon with a zoom in on a texture, depending on the rotation value is what part of the texture is visable? We can also animate materials aka, next step being animated skins? We had them a few years back in call of duty already. Pretty sure its the same technique but with a value between 0 and 1 instead of rotation of the model 🤔
most likely yes. So with the dj one for example normally it would switch from green to yellow or something let's say but with custom holo layer you can tell it to either show full bars or no bar at all
Custom holo spectrum and some modification at the alpha channels of the holo mask layer to get the 'animated' effect. Also check CSGO10 | Stickerception and CSGO10 | Revelation to see more examples of the animated stickers.
Actually he is not the first one ever created the animated sticker. The first one was yanCAKElover with his "CSGO10 | A or B (Animated)" sticker. But Keyush put a lot of work into new era of animated stickers.
I'm so happy yet so sad because when this gets released one day , every sticker will be a bit cheaper but these new stickers will be SO expensive i feel like
@@NatzoXavier i don't think that's how it works , most people love rare and unique stuff , and they're usually pretty expensive (for me expensive is like $5 for stickers yknow it's just stickers)
@@bensaid7880 "most people love rare and unique stuff" - if these new types of stickers get released in a $1 capsule then they will not be rare or expensive due to the fact that millions of them will be opened within a few weeks. Even if you have something like this available for a limited time (which they wont) the number of people "investing" or opening these will be so high that the market automatically gets flooded and the price drops to floor, it's simple to see that. The stickers we have right now might actually decrease in price yes, because they're no longer that special, but tournament stickers + rare stickers (think crown foils, cautions, swags etc) will barely be touched by the price because of how popular, unique and rare they are.
it's not a hard thing to make actually. the sticker "container" itself is just a drawing board where you can draw things. The image(s) itself are sprites(?) and you can "draw" the image on the drawboard. Also you can draw different shapes on specific area (x, y) with sizes (width, height), and it's also possible to do certain things based on viewangle, gametick, etc.. And then, append the "drawing board" to the weapon's texture at the specified pos and done. btw, because it's animated, the stickers are re-rendered every frame or given interval, and this could result a slight fps decrease. (correct me if I'm wrong, but this how I would make this.)
They aren't animated, think about using HDR in a scene, the usual HDR map you would use, replace with an image, thats why it moves, just as the reflection on foil does
I know exactly how he's done that, it's literally the specular layer of the sticker being replaced with an image, such a fucking cool idea, any entry level texture designer/character modeler knows exactly how to do this also! This is a really simple effect, just need to learn how to make csgo stickers now lol
Specular will only be used to define where the 8-ball feedback will be given and where it will have a foil effect, as far as I see the 8-ball feedback itself is probably a custom HDRI with all the answers scattered around, showing up depending on which side of the HDRI is being reflected. Quite creative, happy to see there's room for innovation.
I don’t know why you’re complaining about the competitive integrity of the game on a channel that’s literally never been about the competitive integrity of the game. it’s literally a skin channel.
It is nothing too special. It is a holo sticker with a custom texture. It is just a bit annoying to position things correctly so that they appear at the proper places.
@@prodbyamogus Yeah, I am pretty sure I have already seen them. And the author showed his RGB channels in the Reddit post so you can see how it is achieved.
Probably achieved by localising color changes somehow, like you would see on holo stickers, except for many individual small pixels/areas/patterns to create a moving image.

absolute bullshit
There was also a "sticker-ception" one I remember, where it was just the sticker inspect animation being played infinitely. Pretty cool stuff
i will also explain how the tv screens sticker is done
this is very much the same as what you do for the 8ball but
this time you will need a few extra things
CM1 with MSK1
CM2 this will have tv screen1 on it
CM3 this will have tv screen2 on it
CM4 this will have tv screen3 on it
CM5 this will have tv screen4 on it
CM6 this will have tv screen5 on it
CM7 this will have tv screen6 on it
CM8 this will have tv screen7 on it
CM9 this will have tv screen8 on it
the tv with the bar colors does not move so it can be part of CM1 and not be Masked out with MSK1 (this is why you wont need 9 tv color maps but you could)
if you look carefully you will notice the tv screen textures all move along a single axle X or Y
CM2 to CM9 will all need textures that tile so they can keep repeating as the sticker is moved.
you will need UV1 uv mapping for the base texture CM1 and MSK1
you will then need 2 more UV mappings UV2 and UV3 UV2 will be locked to move on the "X" and UV3 will be locked to move on the "Y"
same as in my other comment now you have UV1 locked to the sticker so it works like a normal texture and does not move around
and UV2 and UV3 will both again be locked to the world and this will make it move when the sticker/gun is moved
which in return will make the effect of the tv screens being animated
i believe it would also be possible to do something alot cooler then this
you could use a stop motion type animation of like 5 frames and be played kind of like a "WE ARE OPEN" sign lighting up word by word
this would be nothing light up the the store front then WE is lite up then WE ARE is lite up then WE ARE OPEN is lite up then it stays with WE ARE OPEN still lite up then it starts from Frame one again with all lights off.
love ur content ohne, keep it up
he didnt make the stickers.
so i will explain how this is done so no one can milk it because fk them
for the 8 Ball, you need a CM1 with a MSK 1 and you need a CM 2
CM1 (Color map 1) is the base texture,
MSK1 (Mask 1 for CM1) this is a mask which will be applied to the color map1 for where the circle for the 8 ball is.
CM2 (Color map 2) this is the texture map that has the A and B text in it.
now the UV's for this need to be changed
CM1 and MSK1 will share the same UV Mapping which will be UV1
CM2 will be a different UV mapping UV2
the UV mapping for CM2 will also need to be flagged to be stationary to the world and not the Object, Object being the sticker
what this will do is keep the UV mapping on UV1 stationary to the gun this way that color map (aka texture will not move around and will act normal)
for UV2 as you move the gun around it will move the 8ball texture UV's around which will move cm2 aka the Texture around for the 8ball A or B
the one thing that would normally be hard here is lining up the UV's for UV2 as they are world based
but all you need to do to do this is first place a Number Grid in CM2 and then go in game and push the inspect button and then take 2 screen shots do this facing left and then facing right
what this will give you a location on the grid at which you will need to put in your A or B and paint the rest black
and thats it
thats how this is done should not take more then a few minutes once you have finish the artwork
holy shit, they MUST include this
Have to*
