Sad because I can't remember much of my childhood and my early adult years I had substance abuse problems so I can I can't piece together my memories too well. I'm a paranoid schizophrenia on high dose meds twice a day.

There are other therapies which you may find helpful.

Hi.. the memories are in the unconscious. Maybe they are painful and repressed and there for a reason. We can also work with the narrative. Maybe a psychoanalyst would help you. ...childhood memories will surface when you feel safe and held and then they can be explored .. the present says a lot about your past. Be kind to yourself.

@@naeemrazaq4882Not everything is retrievable. You blatantly ignored the mention of substance abuse and the current use of antipsychotics to manage their schizophrenia... these factors are highly important, and it's likely that they'd make the retrieval of memories difficult.

0:41-0:47 It looks like her listening to herself speak. I don't think that's what they mean but it's odd editing.

Is she talking to herself? I mean literally. The cutaway was a cut to herself. Very weird.
