Just think about it, you could have sold the eggscalibut and used the 3 Prismatic Swords with the to Orbs and it would madnis with the stats on each of them

If I know that we would have got Three Prismatic swords from the present, this build would have been so much different but awesome too!

Holy shit that opener was nuts o0
0:36 You buy that broom on sale 100%. It's some weapon, item to mill, covers missing pan on rolls and actually you have an option to go Shovel before the Egg which is how I personally play stam pot on 1 with Offering xd Shovel is never wasted value as you can mill it at any given point and if you have slots Egg+Shovel early and than farm some food would be ideal scenario.
1:00 Coal for 1 is still freeze.
2:25 Buy either the sand or stone. If sand mill it solo for flame+chipped gem/stone/another flame. If stone keep.
2:50 I don't like Mana Mastery pick. The problem with Mastery is that is a very midrange pick. With Egg you won't be able to setup orb procs even instant (inventory issues) and for getting Egg operational you only need 2x orbs and Mastery does little. Also a real pain in the ass to get many stars as Pyro Egg is basically solved, we know exactly how our final board should look like (few variants but they are all covered) and thus we also know we are going to have big, big problems getting much speed on Mastery.
For me it's 100% Slime Time and try to setup standard double Goob Pyro board with a little gooblings support. Maybe some offbeat chance for Omega (OmEgga is one of the strongest Omega versions). Also a better tempo play and so far we are not using Offering at all with 0 eco which makes setting up tempo in advance and starting milling whatever sale there is a highest priority at that point.
3:12 Offering pot + garlic is bad in comparison to pot+banana as it is 6 vs 7 gold. You are missing amulets that way. You should buy that banana and mill it or alternatively buy nothing, setup mill on banana from your own banana and get replacement next round. Buying onion for 2 as a whatever 2 gold mill isn;t good.
3:50 I don't like milling herbs. I believe it's a mistake. With Egg you either go Friendly or Banner and in either case your secondary weapon will be Flame or Hungry or both. 90% first goes in Hungry because Flame setup takes time and Hungry is just throw it in. Milling regen is ok only if you 100% pick Banner and idk if you want to lock yourself, especially that with Mastery Friendly is a tiny bit better than usuall. As I said: Pyro Egg is basically solved :D
3:57 Carrot no good, at least before survival.
4:35 Never sell stone with Present on Offering. Flame you can sell, stone not. It's a total clownfiesta and you have no idea where you will end while stones are essential in number of builds.
5:30 And here we go... Present Offering Egg is literally THE HARDEST decision making build in the whole game. It doesn't get tougher than that. I will be honest Lucky: there is 0% chance you played it correctly and I myself have HUGE problems to do that despite insane experience with Egg :D You probably gonna make on avg. like 5 mistakes per round from now on xd If you play Egg on Offering and you see the Present my advice is: 'screw that!' :D
Not worth it guys. Grab that sweet Present another day on presumably another class.
I was correct :D You played that Lucky like a dogshit and I'm fully aware that dogshit can be offended here xd But yeah with that time per round you have it's inevitable and everyone would play it like a dogshit me included. I think to not make a mistake or maybe only 1 you need to spend like 5 minutes per round. 10 here and there might be needed as well. I've been there several times. Moving bagpack every single round is also very annoying. Playing that well is one of the hardest challenges in BB so on Offering, especially with Egg, just close your eyes and roll :D No shame at all.

Btw. I wonder how many people did catch it up while watching: saving money for present rolls is worse than using Offering. If you have 8 gold item that sales for 4 with Offering you get 8 gold value back where with Present you get 10% for 8 gold (jackpot roll) and in 90% cases you get 4+ possible value break (present picks items till you reach amount of left gold but last pick can cross that value though it can't be higher value than starting saved gold). That basically means you need to mill highest value items in offering (assuming you have slots) and than have still enough value for leftovers in present. If you have no extra value than present only makes sense if you can't mill in Offering: more than 4 items or too big slots difficulties to handle. This basically means that you roll only for slots, take huge risks and for a long time don;t buy anything else for full price unless it's essential. Some freezes can hang on for 4-5 rounds...
And than it comes what to offer where, what to sell nd how much if you have to regain tempo, whether you should semi yolo with 34/35 gold for Rainbow or not and etc. =D And if you don't almost fully use Offering than there was no point buying Present other than counting for mathematically incorrect highroll: on avg. you are worse with it than without.
Complexity and risk is off the charts ;p But yeah if you can somehow navigate it correctly than double Rainbow is totally possible (had 3 myself) and you should get 1 Rainbow in every game. Good luck though :P

You are right, there are a lot of misplays in this run but I did also learn a lot from this run. After not playing the present for a while there definitely was some rust to playing it and then combine that with the Offering Bowl..... Head Melted but still I did learn some things from it like that saving gold for the present is worse that buying things on sale than offering up the items on sale to the offering bowl like you said (not gonna lie - only noticed that when editing the video) but there is also some complexities in this as in rolling looking for sales vs saving gold for the present. Other things learnt were the value of full price items vs items that are actually needed to win the round, value of items that are essential for builds that I am trying to play, the decision to be able to pivot away from the build to get more value from the Present or Offering Bowl and the struggle of storage with the present and the offering bowl. And also all the things you have pointed out, have gave me more insight on how to get the most out of these two together but the biggest thing learnt, like you said "Screw that" for taking Present with Offering Bowl....
But hey can't wait to try it again and see can I play it better next time

@@LuckOuts Neh bro, this shit is out of the scale with difficulty lvl. It took me several attempts to play it, I think, only 'acceptably' and If I want I can be greedy as a pig which is obligatory here. I don't think you can be THAT greedy. You are very good but for this one being very good is not enough. You need 7 lifes like a cat and some ancient Chinese techniques xd
Though I have to say that all my double Rainbows were Offering + Present :D So there is definitely a point to play that but it is math based kamikaze from start to the finish and you kinda have to know what you are signing for. It will be a headache :P
