I have a history of lifting heavy/bodybuilding type workouts for over the last ten years. Three months ago I tweaked my back and started doing RUclips pilates. The workouts were decent but I was kind of underwhelmed.. until I found your channel! Although other RUclips pilates channels are somewhat challenging, WOO!! GIRL. You're kicking my butt! I wish I found you sooner but I'm so glad I found you regardless 💛this was my 4th video of yours and I'm addicted! I thought I had seen it all from other channels over the last three months but you've taught me more!
I stumbled upon your videos and I'm loving them! They are the right amount of challenging, perfect length and so diverse! Extremely appreciate the light/no music, since I like to listen to my own while working out (but I also need the instructions from the video :D )!

This was the perfect workout for me before a 2 mile walk! Loved the length and how I could “squeeze” in a mini Pilates sesh. I appreciate how it focused on the upper body and was very beginner friendly

Falling in love with Pilates bc of your videos! Today was the second time I have done this video and I noticed we did the squat circle move with left leg out but didn't do it on the right side so I made sure to add that in myself before moving onto the next move. This was such a great workout as always!! I do like the targeted body part videos because that’s normally how I separate my workout routine.
Also, do you have any exercises or workouts in mind to increase posterior flexibility? I’m stiff period, but I’m very limited in my range of motion when I do any exercises towards the back.
Trying to do some of those with a broken toe was killer.
