Thinking of relocating with my airline job from a top sellers (price out the locals) market (Boise,ID). Funny what costs $480,000 now LOL. Anyway, would only rent a small apt anyway so if you have any good insights...
You can get new construction for $480k but you have a build time of 10-12 months. Regarding small apartments there are several newer places in Sarasota (Oasis, Arietta, Advenir) and Lakewood Ranch (Venue, Colonial Grand, Ranch Lake, etc). Hope that helps!
