Nice, so Anthony Hopkins writes fan letters to great actors, Bryan Cranston and Ben Kingsley included. That is fucking awesome.

Indeed! He's seventy-eight. I'm fifty-one years younger and he still looks much better than I do. Damn you, nature!

When I lived in London I saw Anthony Hopkins at the National Theatre in a play called ‘Pravda’.
It remains, thirty-five years or so later, one of the best performances I’ve ever seen.

A great man that actor , indeed he is explosive and unpredictable like a volcano in many roles but when he is talking he sounds like a source of knowledge in motion !

Hopkins has form when it comes to reaching out to artist's he admires. Bryan Cranston said he received an email from him praising Breaking bad.

Receiving a "fan letter" from Anthony Hopkins is more like receiving a recommendation letter

The thing I really like about this is that this isn't about two of the greatest actors of cinematic history...it's all about Larry king plugging his show....well done Mr King for revealing your true colours....you complete schmuck....anyway...lovely to see one of the very great actors of our time nodding respect to another great.....awesome xx

Especially the point where Tony Hopkins is revealing the personal snippet that Ben Kingsley does a good impersonation of him, which would have been a lovely sidetrack to go down, but no... King just stomps all over it with his 'evil incarnate' summing up of the Don Logan character, a few seconds too late.
