The main idea if deck is to generate points with silk kraven or the angela
Kity and ramp into big guys early with wave or hope you can also do some crazy turn sixes by playing wave and another card on turn 5 at hope location to get 8 energy and play 2 six drops alioth is you tech option please make a video on this deck

Why is stegron not moving cards?

Are you talking about the first game? It's because of the " Miniaturized Lab " , no cards can be added here, also moving card get affected. On the game 2, not moving cause now Stegron move an enemy card one location to the right.
