I have a house that I rent out, I DID have a decent price on a 3bedroom, 2 bath for $475 and I worked with people to pay me the deposit but I had to end that because they ruined my house, didn’t pay the water bill, the landlord is stuck with that in the end!! It wasn’t just one family that did that to me it was 3 different ones!! I learned I can’t be soft hearted!! It took money outta my families mouth!!

Pueblo closed the homeless shelter so now the homeless are leaving. There's a lesson there.....

Blaming the legal marijuana is total BS. The homeless population is rapidly growing in every city, in most of those cities weed is still illegal. The problem is much deeper than legal pot, it's just a convenient excuse for people against cannabis to push their agenda.

Soco Soco, I agree! They will no longer get money from the weed tax plus people will start to sell and buy weed illegally!!

@@angelamartinez1058 That's true and a really good point. Sadly, too many people here in CO don't use common sense or critical thinking. Instead they just regurgitate propaganda talking points that they get from the media because only their feelings matter to them, not facts.
