When you make a new stadium it needs to be called La Cittadella Sanguinaria (The Citadel of Blood/The bloody Citadel) in Italian. You've got some warriors on your hands, only makes sense that there are gonna be a few blood baths.
Bamba has only played center half this season because his club Guimarães are weak at CB. Naturally he’s a CDM. Train him up to be a 6 and he would OOZE class, this series’s Patrick Vieira!
interesting thing about italy - you can only register 2 new non eu players every season - could be an interesting added challenge to only be able to sign 2 non eu players in the season.
Nicolo Fagioli from Juventus is a gem to play with. Listed as a CDM, but converting to CM instantly boosts his overall. He's the perfect general for a Sir Barf team.
A new goalkeeper is a must next season in serie A. Marco Carnesechi is my shout. Young keeper looking for a start spot in a serie a team. Great potential on him aswell
Miretti from Juve would be a great signing, Ferrari vibes from Paris FC. Gnonto who is now at Leeds would be a class, and could grow into a stalwart on the left. Fagioli is a great midfield option, Cancellieri is a great RW/CF. To form the second half of your centre back pairing, I echo other comments for Scalvini. Geat young CB from Italy.
with your first transfer and you already got me hyped. Federico Macheda is a club legend for my favourite team Panathinaikos in Greece, and was there for our hardest time, scoring goals for fun. So i am very happy that you signed him
I’m from cittadella. They have been struggling this season but In the past few years they actually got to the playoff finals twice and are in general pretty good

Bamba is already the most goated CB ever managed by Barf. Such quality content! Andrea Favili is also a natural replacement for Macheda when he retires - 6'3" brickouse, will likely come for around 1.5 - 2 mil. I'd also sell Vega to free up cash for quality signings, convert Sarmiento to a rwb, and go 5-3-2 which will give much more defensive support and allow you to use your quality up top on the counter.
If you change your line-up to a more side focus. There are some cheap extremes from Argentina that are a must have: Exequiel "CHANGUITO" Zeballos, and (i don't know if he still appear in fifa) Ricardito Centurion (great player but unfortunately he likes to party 😔) but for fifa they are great extremes
That vega bloke is such a good free signing. I have him on one of my RTGs. I kept him for a couple of seasons and sold him at an 84 overall. Got great money for him and nothing but profit. I recommend keeping hold of him unless you have sold him. I've not watched the whole video yet

Ilia Zabarnyi, Bournemouth's new Ukrainian CB (should still be at Kyiv in your save). Left footed, young, great potential. Ruslan Nescheret's (also at Kyiv) a great GK despite his mid-60s rating. Always performs.
Also, try to get Tudor Baluta if you want a promising young CB or CDM. Absolute beast, with high-flying Farul Constanta in Romania, around 71-74 overall, will be around 24 years of age. Used him in a career mode I did with Genoa, fantastic bridge between the lines
Hey Barf, love how you're going to Italia. Italian pronunciation tip: the letter 'C' followed by letters 'E' or 'I' ('i') is pronounced like a "Ch" like chair or challenge. So Citadella is said like "Chi-ta-del-la." Brescia is pronounced like "Bre-shi-a" or "Bre-shya" ('sci/e' is your English "sh".) This also applies to Italian names and surnames. 'Ch' is also always pronounced like a "K," think Chiellini or Chiesa, which have an 'I' following a 'C' but gets changed from a "Ch" to a "K" because of the letter 'H' interrupting it. Now this is all from 2 semesters of university-level Italian classes and years of following Serie A and Calcio, so if any native Italian wants to absolutely wreck my shit, please correct me. Looking forward to this one, Sir Barf!
If you’re after a pacey striker who can play out wide too, Jack Lahne (Amiens in France) was my favourite player ever on fifa 20. Absolute gem of a player
Vega can do a job but you gotta increase his Def WR if you gonna play a 3412, put him on Fullback Pos Change but only until his workrate goes up. Same goes for Romeo so that you can have a pressing CAM/CF.
