Yes at like 10:00 the guy you were curious about is highly hinted to be Kevin Kaslana from Honkai Impact 3rd, the highest ranked Flame Chaser of the 13 Flame Chasers in Honkai Impact with the code "Deliverance" which is what the narrator says at 10:05. She also mentions "Flame Chase" at 10:38 so these characters are seemingly references to Honkai Impact 3rd characters. Since Kevin Kaslana's look alike character is in the game, people are theorizing that he will be the next "Firefly" of the region, also the narrator talks about a nameless hero during his reveal in the trailer so he will def be important. And btw, after The Herta speaks at the end, there are still a few seconds left with another character that they show afterward but we don't know if she will be playable. That character also looks like Elysia from Honkai Impact 3rd. There are 12 character pictures shown from Aglaea all the way down to the 4 black silhouettes which makes 12 characters.
