I've heard that when interlacing your fingers, the hands of the thumb that rests on top is an indicator of how you're driven in life. Right hand thumb on top indicates mental or logical drive. Left hand thumb on top indicates heart or feeling drive. I'm right handed but am heart driven. I feel like this relates to the feeling of energy you mentioned. But I'd also say I'm typical in being a right hand projector as a right hander. I hope this doesn't make thinks more complicated for people who are new to feeling energy. During a Rite of Passage where my Tribe recognized me as a young adult , I was put into a trance state with drumming after eating a hallucinogenic mushroom. Talk about a wild ride. I was taken deep into the woods tripping and left to find my own way back. Don't get me wrong , I am glad I did it. Wouldn't recommend anyone go surfing the Astral like that though. That was my last contact with the Tribe until I was in my 30s and I was 14 then.

Yes that’s possible! A lot of people feel energy as a rise or fall in temperature ☺️ you just have to figure out what cold and hot mean for you… does hot mean there’s more energy, so that hand is probably projecting? ☺️
You can replace visualization in most if not all spells ☺️ just find out what else works for you. If you for example want to put your intention into something you can for example use incantations. Or maybe feeling energies comes easy to you, than you can use that instead. That’s what I use in tandem with visualization. ☺️
