    Hannah Penn and Harriet Knight
    Joint Managing Directors, Pablo London
Hannah and Harriet continue to keep building a fresh agency model without waiting for permission. They’re the Joint MDs who’ve taken Pablo from an unknown agency 5 years ago, to Campaign’s Global Independent and UK Independent Agency of the Year, 2023. This formidable power couple, led Pablo again to grow faster than any other UK agency in 2022. But more importantly, they pride themselves on creating an environment where not only creativity can thrive but also its people. During their tenure, Pablo has grown from 55 to 90 people, attracting some of the industry’s best and brightest talent, whilst ensuring gender diversity agency-wide. They’ve led award winning work for DFS, Deliveroo, the Resuscitation Council, Flora and VisitBritain, maintained a 100% Client retention record whilst at the same time driving organic growth, despite the economic backdrop. They are forever restless in their pursuit of leading the industry by example; in 2022, they did just that, being the architects behind the first ever gender-neutral parental leave policy and in 2023 they continued with another industry first launching the ‘Pablo Living Wage’, a commitment by Pablo to pay everyone a minimum salary of £30,000 p.a in order to tackle the diversity crisis in advertising and open up access.
