Driving through downtown Spokane is a breeze compared to Seattle. Was this filmed on a Sunday? I'm just wondering since there are far fewer cars and pedestrians. I'm still grateful for the skywalks that were installed for Expo '74. I grew up in southern California, and I love living here in Spokane.

Sure, there are areas that are more run down, have more homelessness, have occasional shootings, etc. but it is not comparable to many other cities, believe me. I have lived here for almost 10 years and my wife and I walk Spokane Dowtown multiple times per month going to shows, shopping or lunch/dinner and I have never felt threatened or been approached by anyone in a negative way. I have lived in the Seattle Area and SF Bay Area and can't say the same for either of those.
