Not bad looking at all, however I will warn that Rabsca actually does not protect your bench from the damage done by froslass, as that damage is done by an ability, not an attack or effect of an attack. However, froslass does have a caveat to its ability that it does not damage any other froslass, so if that is your only ability on the bench then it’s not a big deal, but even trying to bench something like manaphy, jirachi, or rabsca will over time widdle it away due to froslass’ ability. I do like the idea of a couple dudunsparce lines in this deck as not only a free retreat option but also a semi decent draw engine, especially if you can find room for artazon within the deck.
This deck looks like awesome, the deck bigest problem is that the energy placing is to slow compared to charizard ex, chienpao ex, every psychic deck, ancient box setups, all lightning setupd, futzre box, lugia v star deck etc... but this deck coud be good. I mean only 1 energy needed to usa a huge attack, but in the other hand, the second stronger need 3 energy, + greninja ex is realy weak against mew ex genom hacking (and a lot's of deck uses 1 copy of him, couse this & the nice restart ability). All in al this woud be a good deck but I think this will be not meta, but a realy strong casual deck, like lost zone.

It's gonna bring sooo much into range for OHKOs. Just when we were getting comfortable with 2 shot KOs. Tsk tsk.

I think thatvthe genome hacking mew ex hitting this for weakness is a very good idea!
