It's not rusted, but my blender is very tight. It's too tight to rotate, i cannot rotate freely. I cleaned the blade many times, put oil on it, but still it is tight. I don't know how to fix it anymore. Please suggest what to do.

if holding the central nut doesn't work....try holding the blades part with pliers!!
holding nut didn't work with my jug but holding the whole blades worked!!!
