NICE! It reminds me of a gift that my grandpa gave me when i was little. It was a power wheel (one of the first back in the 80's) in which he had "modified". Mostly he painted it (he was a hot rodder just like me). He put ghost flames on it, sponsors on the fenders, my name above the door. The whole nine yards. I was too young to appreciate it then, but now when i look back, i am like WOW that was a nice gift.
Wow! That is the best homemade rollercoaster I've seen yet on the tube! It is absolutely amazing! I love my kids just as much as any proud parent and I've made quite a few contraptions (90 ft zip line, 60 ft slip & slide, playgrounds, etc) for them in my spare time but this tops them all. I envy your drive & love for your grands! I wonder if your kids had the same joy growing up-probably so! Great Job!
That's amazing, I'd of loved to have something like that when I was young. I've made quite a few things for my cousins, with help from my hubby, tree houses, slip and slides, playgrounds and we even made them a haunted house coaster, which went through the basement, which we decorated, it could hold up to four people, it went up and down and to the side and then just around, it cost us $5,000 all together, but their smiles were worth it.
that's awesome, would be more awesome as a complete circuit but ehh what ya gonna do, besides that's what i call love, not only did he have fun and love building this, he did it for the grandkids, now that is spoiling them rotten :D, how many kids can say that my granddad or dad built them a roller coaster in my backyard, not many
My grandpa made a guest house with a kitchen 2 barhrooms a loft a bedroom and a livingroom, 2 pool decks, a two story playhouse with slide, a large porch deck a kitchen to his first house and and he has a still in his 60's has two shifts at the near by church. so yea...
we know a carpenter...so we told him we pay him money if he build us a roller coaster so he did..so now im never bored...it is steel and has 1 loop its blue and yellow its called road runner
The quality sucks because its an old video. But what's weird is every time there's a clip of the car moving they play sound effects from Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 when the people scream on the roller coasters in game.
Actually, the video is in qvga so thats 76.800 pixels in every frame. If I had a penny for every pixel I would build two of these rollercoasters every second.
Ehm, is it ok you build D-Wcoaster, 120 feet tall, floorless cars, five inclined diving loops and maybe two cobrarolls and a fully functional brake systems, and maybe a inverted shuttle coaster? Oh, and of course a ride photo camera, and maybe one or two theme parks, just slightly bigger than Cedar Point each? And... now when that minor request was said... can you start on Monday?

The quality sucks because its an old video. But what's weird is every time there's a clip of the car moving they play sound effects from Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 when the people scream on the roller coasters in game.
Wow! I wish I had that
Maybe he should build a pool in the middle and let the roller coaster circle it. That would be something.
What a great woman. All she cares about is her kitchen.
I love your roller coaster! A better video would show it off more effectively - what does your insurance agent think of this in your backyard?

No, we all know it was actually a toaster.
I saw this house ofr sale online a while ago. Rollercoaster included. I wonder what happened.
It comes apart pretty easy?!?!
I think a late 90's cell phone could create better quality.

How did you make the cart? im trying to design one myself!
Did anyone catch it when he said he had "approximitally" (Spelling probably wrong) grandkids.
