Fantastic lesson Kruu Pear!!! So practical and great examples i can use when texting and in general conversations. Keep up the good work and well presented in a upbeat and positive manner! Thank you!
Thank you for the great videos! We're trying to learn Thai so we can speak with Khun Yai better when we visit her in Songkhla. We have noticed though that "gin kaao" seems to also be a popular greeting. It's always the first thing Khun Yai and her friends say to each other :)
Is pretty common greeting in Asian countries. Asking have you eaten yet? as a greeting. The full is gin khao rue yang. Have you eaten or still ( will eat)? . It gets shortened to gin khao
Thank you very much kruu Pear, these are all excellent examples of every day's sentences, I think. Sound easy, but hard to remember without some practice! Have a wonderful week!
One thing that I don't understand about these Thai tutorials is the following. The translation is supposed to be how we English speakers would pronounce the phrase or word. Yet in the translation there are letters that are not pronounce different or silent. For example if I was to teach how to pronounce the Spanish word bella I would write it as beya with short e.
@@edbunkers4516 Hi, hope u dont find this reply impolite but I dont think "bpom-bpen-bpanyaa-on" is a nice greeting? Do you actually know what does that mean?
Good lesson, I'm confused with the pin-yin doesn't seem to be the same for all teachers . Thanks anyway from London 😎. keep smiling! too means also and and , confused ?
I dont agree with losing the rolling r, its not alai, its arai, i dont like its easier, i like more difficult, life and education should be, it makes it more rewarding when you master it, thats for your young aswell as me.
ฉันไม่รู้ /C̄hạn mị̀rū̂./ ? Can I also say?... I love to learn Thai for my next visiting, ... and if I will be reincarnated as a Thai person (คนไทย) I will not spend time to learn Thai language in my next life. - or no need (ไม่จำเป็น) to spend some time in elementary school but start on secondary at the age of 5 or 6 y/o). LOL!
To my friends Andy, but my mum would not open the door, Andrew to you, i dont have anyone here called Andy, in the street and away from my mum, you are now Andy.
Well i dont know what i have written there, but its nuts, i am glad you didnt leave your husband for that, hes fucking nuts, but its Arai, not Alai, he stands alone on that.

Hello Mod. Should we be adding Ka to the end of all these phrases?
Try to soundproof the room - the echo is terrible. try use "Acoustical Panels" ... or some fabric curtains on the walls...
pleaseeeee ;))))
And Pbai laew na is also "i have to go" right?
Great lesson, thanks Kruu Pear
very helpful sentences, thanks
ขอบคุณมากครับ 😊
ยินดีค่ะ :)
What about เป็นอย่างไรบ้าง? which one is correct or more correct อย่างไรบ้าง or ยังไรบ้าง ?

bpen-ngai-baang can also be "what's up" right?
No, "What's up?" and "How's it going?" are completely different. You should just say "phom-bpen-bpanyaa-awn" for greetings.
Permission to reply coming from a foreign mom with Thai kids. 😊 Yes, it could mean like that as well.
