    I love all your videos. The quality and music are incredible. BTW thank you so much for the advice on the therapy knead, it is the most useful resource I have found in years. One question: do you use the Moonboard to train? what grade can you do? I've been training with this toy for several months now but I'm having a hard time making any progress. Any advice? Cheers buddy

      Thanks Charlie :) :) :) I appreciate that you like what I'm doin' and that I could help with the therapy knead video 😊
      About the Moonboard. I climbed on it, but just twice in my whole life :D I guess the hardest I did was 7B, but you shouldn't compare those grades with outdoors. Most of those boulders are sandbagged and very very hard for the grade. That's also what friends of mine say who are using that board very often...
      I would suggest you to bring a lot of variety into your training. If the gyms are open right now, where you are living, than try to climb on different wall angles and also different length problems. Don't use just the Moonboard. The style is always the same there and the amount of moves don't differ a lot, usually.
      As all the other boards it's a great way to gain raw power and finger strength, but you also have to be careful not to injure, too! AND when you only use such boards you'll get strong on that particular style. But climbing needs more versatility!!
      I for instance am a very 'weak' climber compared to many others. I don't have a lot of power at all, but I know how to move, use momentums etc. and also benefit from being light (also a reason that I don't need that much raw power).
      Therefore it also depends on your body and what you already trained a lot and what not :D To sum up: try to train/climb many different things and don't forget stretching!! Flexibility is often underrated but very very important, too! Also for injury prevention...
      Hope that helps. Always feel free to ask if you have further questions and keep crushin' dude!!

    Very cool.
    Is Molonk simply a name or does it mean something more?

    Hey! Willst du mal ein Video zu Flexibilitätstraining machen? Würde mich sehr interessieren :)

    • @ThomasLindinger
      @ThomasLindinger  3 года назад +1

      Ich denk mal drüber nach, ob ich da was vernünftiges auf die Beine stellen kann 😁 Bin nur selbst in den meisten Bereichen nicht der 'flexibelste' und daher vermutlich auch nicht grad der ideale Vorzeigekandidat dafür :D Was genau interessiert dich denn in dem Kontext?

    • @elfriederich
      @elfriederich 3 года назад +1

      @@ThomasLindinger vor allem Flexibilität in der Hüfte, alles andere ist nicht so wichtig 😄 also nur wenn du da auch selbst was machst, sonst gibt es ja von vielen anderen bereits Videos zu deren Routine. Mich würde also nur deine persönliche Routine interessieren

    • @ThomasLindinger
      @ThomasLindinger  3 года назад +1

      @@elfriederich ich widme mich hauptsächlich meinen beinbeugern und dem brustmuskeln weil ich dort stark zum verkürzen neige
      in der hüfte bin ich zum glück einigermaßen beweglich von haus aus weshalb ich da eigentlich nix regelmäßig mache
      schaden würds aber sicher nicht 🤣

    Beautiful video, can tell a lot of effort's gone in! What camera do you use? The footage is crisp as hell...

    • @ThomasLindinger
      @ThomasLindinger  3 года назад

      I use the Sony A7III - best investment I ever made in filming gear!! Often film myself and that camera isn't just sharp as hell, but also very very reliable with it's autofocus. I love it :) :)
