very helpful, I uploaded my first Skyrim mod last week having watched several of your videos, they saved me quite a lot of frustration! Always impressed by your level of knowledge and the detail you go into.
Not sure what you're trying to say. My subscribers like my lengthy videos as they go into good detail and cover many of the issues you may face, saving you a lot of time and effort. RUclips has it clearly stated the length of the video which you can check before watching anyway.
As ever your videos are priceless many thanks again for the tutorials help me out no end keep up the good work I learnt most if nearly all my modding from darfox127 A+++
i created mod a language but i can't upload because i can't put file .bsa & .bsl in a creation kit i don't know how but now i can use a my language mod but i can't upload on steam workshop. plz help
I have Made An Follower (with Help of your video) and i want to upload it on workshop and Nexus, i have Model which uses Armor and Body from mods how to make it Standalone so People who don't have mods that i have on follower still see as how i see it with mods ?
FPS Jon Your comment made me finally go ahead and make a new tutorial on this topic. It should hopefully explain the best way for doing what you ask. ruclips.net/video/3zKcB__hyOc/видео.html
Excellent video, DarkFox127. Extremely helpful for a beginner like myself. One question, please: Once I upload a mod to Steam, do I have the option of adding a longer description and adding additional images?
Shout profanity at the Creation Kit and go check out the Skyrim Nexus. I gave up on the workshop a long time ago. It's really pot luck as to whether it ever wants to work.
I tried the shouting first, lol. I've used the Total War mod-kit and had that error when uploading something too big, but this is just five followers and it isn't working. Thanks for the reply, I hope you'll check out my stuff on the Nex, DeputyDropshot is my username.
Hey man, thanks for this tutorial. Before seeing this video I have tried to upload my mod (is quite large) and yeah... it takes an eternity and at the end he says me "File I/ O error" and i was like "arggggghhh!" I have followed your instruction and I'm uploading right now..... Let's see if I can make it this time. P.S: I have ticked the box with compress files in the archive, but my mod is still big... 133 mb. I don't know if they have update CK, but i can't see the "Available" and "Required" option on my CK, as for the "100mb limitation". Do u know why? It's just me or actually it has been improved?
Very, very useful. Wouldn't it be a great idea if this or something like this had been provided by Steam Workshop! EDIT ; Unfortunately I don't have the Archive.exe file? Is it downloadable anywhere? EDIT: I reacquired the CK and the Archive is now there.

the "getting details on published files" is taking forever to finish, it never says to upload steam, how do i fix this?

Yes you can manage the description, images, videos and such. The only thing you can't change is the mod image unless you re-upload the mod.
DARKF0X127
Thanks.
Do you know of any good clutter resources? :)
is it the same to upload it to nexus?
I keep getting "Upload Error 2". Any thoughts?

Do you have to achieve your mod first?

Is it also possible to update your mod once it is on Steam Workshop?
Great tutorial by the way :)
