However, in the cities when dealing with significantly more trash, a lot of the Garbage men are actually extremely well built and yes, obviously work out. They have to for their job. I have definitely seen plenty of garbage men that look like body builders. The job can be extremely manual labor intensive and you have to carry really heavy shit. So it kinda depends.
Do a video where you join a garbage truck crew for a day and go through your experience and rank it as a workout and overall fitness routine You can try it as a series trying different jobs/lifestyles and describing your experience
