- It's our last day here in Douglas, Isle of Man. I spend the last few hours here breakfasting, leaving the hotel, shopping for souvenirs and of course, playing some tunes. We head off to the airport early in the afternoon only to find the flight is delayed! We fly back to Bristol Airport and travel back home from there.

I can almost smell the sea. Coin operated blow dryer would be helpful for women of the evening, who need to freshen up, a quick wash of the face and hair before going onto their next "appointment". Again, my vivid imagination working overtime.. ha. I greatly dislike going through security too. I find the females to be most rude and hard nosed at times.
As nice as it is to go away... it's always nice to get home. Thanks for sharing your lovely trip with us. Looking forward to your next trip. 💞

It would be great to go back to the Isle of Man during the TT races! But I guess prices for everything will be a lot higher then
The last day of a trip always seems the busiest. Stressful too given the tight deadlines. The scenery and buildings are lovely. The technology needs to advance on the disposable thermometers. I didn't find them accurate at all. Turning the wrong way is easy to do around an airport. Signage can be confusing! I'm glad you had a good trip. You can tell I'm doing your videos backward to catch up. It feels a little like skipping to the end chapter of a very good book.
I really like the tea towels you buy for souvenirs because they are pretty and useful. Looks like you packed in as much fun as you could before heading home.

Magnets!! I would love that shop. That would be so hard to have your travel plans shaken up like that. I am not a big fan of layovers. Especially where there isn't anything new to see or do. I am wondering what the symbol of the three legs stands for?
