I am going to start making Top 5 sprints of the week videos featuring you guys! Either email me or tweet me your races (they can be indoor or outdoor). Whilst the outdoor season isn't in action yet I will take videos from last season also. Age, Gender and Times don't matter just as long as it is a good race! (Although if it is a quick time or championship race That's good also). The link to my Twitter is in the description. I really hope you guys like the idea and send your races in. I am kinda sad and happy for KIM collins. He has stated that this year (2017) is his last competitive season. Now at 41... he truly will be one the greatest in my books. Beating guys that are 20 years than him.
He really is an inspiration.

Insane starts but his top speed running form is bad compared to other runners. I feel if he was able to have more extension in his shins he could have gone faster.
