Next time I think I’ll add a hint of lemon zest and serve them with warm lingonberry jam. Thank you for such a perfect demo and tasty recipe! Does he mean: Cook covered over low heat 4 minutes > Turn off heat and let sit, covered, for another 4 minutes > then uncover and allow to sit until it doesn't stick to fingers?

I made this for my wife this morning. They came out good, but was expecting the yolks to come out fluffier. Also I should have used my piping, but didn’t remember where I put my piping kit. My wife said they were light and airy, so it was a success. They didn’t come out like yours, very big fluff, they may have deflated a bit. I’ll use a paper mold next time and piping. Thank you for this recipe. Very concise and easy to follow.
I appreciate someone finally showing the interior texture so well. I don't want to try these if they are wet or gooey and amp, and the final version of these looks like a light and fluffy pancake, and not a wet souffle. Looks great!

牛乳パックでセルクル作りクッキングペーパーを敷き込みました🥛ひっくり返す前に紙を外してしまいました😅すでに焼き上がっていたので大きく変形しませんでした。メレンゲに片栗粉入れましたが、張りがあってふわっふわになりました。バターとCreamed Honeyをオンしてメープルシロップかけて食しました。自分史上最高のできでしたよ🥞😃✌️

普段お菓子作ると分かるんですが、えもじょわさんの型を作って嵩上げし映えさせる検証で2個しか焼けないって…すっごい手間ですよね。検証してくださったえもさん凄いし、ここまで手を掛けるならお金払って店で食べた方が早いし経済的、と思ってしまう私は3児の母。2個じゃ足りないし時間も掛かる😅
