Nah, Christine was doing stuff outside of the show that would've been a fireable offense and egregious violations of HR guidelines if this weren't a reality tv show. She's gotten lost in the character she plays on the show. You can't interfere with people's livelihoods off camera and be confused when it has on-camera consequences. I blame the producers for disallowing fourth wall breaks.

As viewers we see her story changes from person to person, by being all together, they can lay the truth out and Christine can't lie because they all know what happened and can call her out on it. She sees this so that's why she acted that way to avoid confrontation. But I think they could've done it in a more professional setting. But from whats happen none of us would want to deal with her BS if we were in their shoes.
