at 1800 his breath was in the right direction and therefore the consonant and vowel had the right breath pressure on it
hampton knows the biomechanics of the body well.
what does he mean at 18:30?
I believe he means that before you sing, you must know exactly what you want to sing. That sounds weird, I know. Know exactly what you want to portray and how you will do so. That is what I believe he means.
His breath.is too tight and he drives the tone leading to that raw sound. He was given the common but wrong idea of what support is.

Ich mag ihn nicht als Lehrer. Er hält gerne philosophische Vorträge über Inhalte, aber Technik wird nur vage vermittelt.
Ist ja auch logisch. Technik kannst du nicht innerhalb einer Woche ändern. Bis sich der Körper das verinnerlicht hat braucht es schon mindestens 3 Monate. Das musikalische kannst du dagegen relativ schnell ändern
