Identity oud crescent is similar to Armaf Shades Wood, but just little sweeter. This has smooth opening compared to Shades Wood, but I like the dry down of Shades Wood. Longevity and projection are just average.
Good. Une rose is also very nice by Frederic malle

I really love the Rose and Leather one, the original Rose Cuir has more prominent and jammy rose just like Diptyque L’Ombre dans L’Eau EDP version so I dont need the OG. Otherwise Rose and Leather is beautiful and easier to wear daily,
Really?? I just got mine and it smelled AWFUL, basically like pimento just thrown on a hot skillet. First bottle Im thinking of just throwing away. It came with a collar leak, I wonder if theres something wrong with it...

I am a huge Frederic Malle fan. I love "Promise" and "Portrait of a Lady". I thought I was buying "Portrait of a Lady" and ended up getting "Rose & Leather". I will have to revisit this later because it is a very distinct scent and I am struggling with it right now.

You must have gone nose blind to it.
Spray it and after 2-3 hours or whenever you think it has gone "weak" ask someone near you to see if they smell it on you. Like others have said you may gone nose blind after a while.
