- Landshut / Germany is located halfway between Munich and Regensburg. Landshut is the capital of Lower Bavaria and the largest city in Lower Bavaria, followed by Passau and Straubing.
The gothic old town and the Trausniz castle make it worth a visit when traveling in the area. We start our tour at the River Isar, see the old town with the Church of Saint Martin featuring the world's tallest brick tower.
In the end we climb up to the Trausniz castle for a nice view over Landshut.

You should see it in bright sunlight in summer. All people sitting in the pedestrian area, drinking coffee, having a piece of cake or a meal. You would fell in love immediately.

Wunderbarer Rundgang. Sehr schön, daß niemand dazu quatscht was er gerade sieht. Sehr gut gemacht. 👍
Wow! Look at those neat, colorful houses. I really like the colors because they are calm and not exaggerated. Especially, I think Korea should learn a little about colors. Korea usually uses exaggerated colors. But fortunately, it's getting better. I remember traveling to Germany. I miss you so much. - k from seoul
We could swap if you want to..
Ich liebe Landshut!!! ♥♥♥
Nice , thanks for this beautiful from algeria .
My great uncle and his family are in Landshut. We visited there in 1977. He was the director of the Passion Play for many years. His name was Kurt Ebert❤️

Marvelous walking tour in Landshut! It’s like being there again. I love your video, thank you!
Vielen dank. Gruss aus Frankreich.

I lived there for years. I have beautiful memories with friends. It was really beautiful. The thing I loved most was the coffee shop on the sidewalks. I heve not visited this beautiful city for more than 10 years, but I have a feeling that I will return one day. Thank you for filming inside a city.
Thank you for this nice comment. I also recorded the walk back from the castle to the town: ruclips.net/video/FeO2JKLQuJU/видео.html
Thanks for watching!

Ich liebe Landshut 👌😊
Very Beautiful and interesting tour, Thank you!

Beautiful from Australia
Nice! Much respect for how you shine a spotlight on these less famous towns that are perhaps just as beautiful as the Munichs and Berlins etc. :)
Well, these towns and mid-sized cities are indeed more beautiful than the big German cities. Because the later ones have been destroyed during the war and in most of the cases they were rebuilt rebuilt rather miserably. Contemporary Berlin, Cologne, Nuremberg etc. are only shadows of their pre-war beauty
I love these vids. Was planning touring round Germany when i retire next year , so checking these vids is a good guide. Have already been to some of these places and all of the Poland ones. Will you be visiting Rothenberg au ber tauber ? My favorite German town.
Thank you! Rothenburg ob der Tauber is indeed coming here soon. 😎I was walking slowly around there for over an hour. It should be published on Dec 19th, 2020. For more of Germany, there is always the Germany playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLaxUrZNxL7WIjMRmNovvVd3ZfEOpI8BdH - with many more videos coming over the next couple of months.
Thanks for watching!

What a lovely place, even in miserable Autumn weather it looks charming! I assume Germany's travel restrictions are less restrictive than other places in Europe?
I was traveling September and October '20 in Germany. The numbers changed dramatically end of October so starting 2nd of November 2020 restrictions were in place - like no private accommodations in hotels etc.. Mandatory maskorders were common in closed rooms/transport and later pedestrian zones. The Germany walks are from this period and the month is noted in the video description.
Autumn is certainly not miserable.
I think I saw snow ❄

I WOULD LOVE TO VISIT IN LANDSHUT

Beautiful country but I love munchen 👌
Dang I never been this early lol
nice camera quality
Yes, it's pretty good. There is a new model - DJI Pocket 2 though before I buy that I'll first see how I can get the video more stable on the Z-Axis (up/down movement). Thanks for watching!
Its corona time, normal the city is full of people
Sehr interessant.
Norddeutschland? Inwiefern?

I'm hier
Hi,
I have been watching your videos for some time and I appreciate the work done, but it would be better if you wrote a short description of the tourist objectives you pass by.
For example, I watched a video with Liverpool, I saw many interesting buildings, but if you don't put a small comment on the video, I, who haven't been to Liverpool yet, don't know which buildings you passed.
A good example are bloggers from BookingHunterTV can get a little inspired from them.
I didn't mean to be mean, but it's a shame the work you put in.
All the best.
Thank you for the comment! I appreciate your tips. I will surely put in some additional info in some extra videos. I started recording GPS tracks so map-overlays would be possible at some point. The POPtravel channel grew with people liking the non-comment, original audio of cities so I will keep that. It is also the least work. Sure, it's a niche yet here I receive more positive comments that nobody is talking. My main objective was to get away from the computer for exercise 😎
I'm currently thinking of either making a 2nd channel or an extra format -- original audio / "edited+info-enhanced" city tours. For now 3 videos per week don't allow much editing or comments. I will see what I can afford time-wise. So far it looks like a 2nd channel would be best - not 4K60 but 1080p60 then as well to allow zooms etc.. and I will need a new computer for editing...
Can you make video on Paris also
Maybe next year in manage to get to France. I had a flight booked for March '20 to Paris until plans changed for everybody. For the moment I'd suggest to check out excellent channels like ExploreFrance ( ruclips.net/channel/UCRPRpgISarmDq3t46pRxKmg ) which has many videos of France and Paris
