Mine's great. First drone and very happy with it... Video/photo excellent. Won't be flying it in windy conditions,apart from that, couldn't be happier. Although... now there's that Air3s!.
I have the same video problem with my mini 3, just less severe. Unfortunately I have already had it for a couple of months so it's unlikely I will be able to send it back. How did you contact Dji to speak with them about it?
It does shake a little at times when a good wind hits it a certain way. Looks like you would be able to edit that part out. Anyway, I got one of the clip on sun shields and it helps protect gimbal from side winds.
This isn’t shaking from wind, if you look closely at the footage it’s got a jello like effect. My Dji Mini 3 does not do this at all. This is a defective drone.
It’s the rubber that connects to the gimbal , I’m in the process of repairing it my self and putting more durable rubber that it came with , I know if I return it it’ll be the same thing over with the cheap rubber
Mine has been absolutely amazing! Do you do your pre-flight check before putting it in the air; because if you're just tapping the okay button without actually performing a pre-flight check then there might be a slight issue with your procedures. It is paramount to always do a pre-flight safety check not only for performance purposes but for the safety of other people and their property. Additionally, DJI has unrivaled customer support. When my mini 3 crashed to the ground due to a motor failure they sent me my free of charge replacement in 4 days (it would have been less if it wasn't for it happening on a weekend)
I'm an fpv pilot for a number of years I've never have had a drone that can pretty much fly itself land itself hell it doesn't even need me except to plug it in and recharge it it works great
Exactly the same issues in 2 consecutive Mini 4 Pros, but the other way around. Got the non-activation issue with the first one and they advised a return. Something to do with the RC2 S/N not being on their database to enable activation. The 2nd one got the Jello and also distorted horizon. Always find DJI drones have QC issues and not unusual to go through 2 or 3 before finding one that's right. Had this with almost every one since Phantom 3.
The mino 4 Pro is an amazing drone. I haven't had any issues with the quality myself. The one issue i did have was a 100% user error, and i can't blame the drone in any way, shape, or form. Even when i was replacing the mini 4 pro, my experience with the staff and customer service from my local Dji store was outstanding. I have nothing negative to say about dji at all.
You have to be about the only person that’s ever had a bad experience with DJI lol I’m guessing it has to be user error of some kind lol maybe go into camera settings and see what quality frame rate and everything that you are shooting at

I got a mini 3 and it was the worst drone from dji I ever flew. Going from a mini 2 I thought the 3 would be much better but right off the rip it started drifting. , it felt cheap so I did the calibration . Drone worked. Next flight same location great weather drifting again. Did another calibration and it work this went on and on until I finally returned it for a refund.
I have a two Mavic 3 Pros and it’s great, it’s not always about the cost. The Dji mini drones do an excellent job. They also shoot vertical video which the Mavic 3 Pro doesn’t. So even with the lower cost there are features my expensive drones don’t have.
Send it back with the remote. They'll activate it for you. That's what I did on my mini 3 DJI fort Lauderdale. I mean or DJI fort Worth Texas. That's your best bet
I also have a M4Pro and it is a fantastic tool for us on our ranch. No issues to report.
That jello is caused by vibration from either a motor or a prop. Did you swap the props for new ones?
Would have been nice to see a video of it shaking or being jelloish

Today I made some video in an extremely strong wind, and no shaky, no jello, it just works perfectly.
You need to turn on the wifi and access the internet for activation.
That’s the first thing I did. Believe me I tried everything. Even mobile hotspot.

I could not activate the Dji Neo on android but I tried on iOS it worked perfectly fine.

Put the camera on max sharpness 2 and 4k 60 and Pro. Then you get a very good video quality guaranteed.

My open source 3dr solo is still trucking along 6 years after stopped being produced. And continually being updated.

Your video shake like that because your drone has a gimbal problem , I know this because it happened to me when I had the very first mavic pro 1
