Thats usually how shell corporations operate. I'd wager its a tax write off and not actually about helping animals.
Our small town rescue took a puppy with a broken leg out of that place and paid for his vet bills. We fostered then adopted him, so glad he had a happy ending because this sounds like he might not have made it if they hadn't stepped in.
TAKE THOSE ANIMALS HOME WITH YOU AND FOSTER THEM!!!!!

So when is a group of people take over like pit bulls and parolees? Allow people that need help to help themselves through helping animals. And when this staff that’s there now are all the reason that they are failing innocent animals shouldn’t even be working there. I’m in pure disappointment in humans. And we should all be ashamed of ourselves.
