Thats why you saw many repeated names as most times you are just repeating the family tree.
Actually, European aristocracy had many many words in their names - the Spanish noble that the Constitutional government of Spain sent to New York to buy airplanes (during the government's civil war with Franco) was denied access to Spain's funds deposited in Rockefeller's bank (Rockefeller didn't support constitutional governments in Europe) because the Spainard's ID papers had two out of his 18(?) names spelled slightly differently than the names listed on the bank account.

Ive been saying this same thing since the day it wqs announced. A sham to own psg and united. But everyone wants to make it an argument over human rights and completely ignore the elephant in the room that its the qatari state owning psg and united
As a United fan, I really hope that Sir Jim’s bid comes through over the Qatar bid. Leaving out the massive social issues raised, their galacticos strategy with PSG has failed extravagantly through multiple record breaking contracts and signings. They clearly don’t know how to properly run a successful club and the premier league can’t be dominated the same way ligue 1 can.
I would agree with you in case they didn't put their statement out. The reports are saying that they do not want to spend ridicilous amounts of money and sign galacticos. Their form focus is youth while also there are major concerns with Sir Jim and what he is going to do with the debt.

Funnily enough, an evil precedent was set when the fa allowed city to be bought by a state. Made the playing field unbelievable hard and force other clubs to choose that route of investment It's too late for fan-owned clubs in this world after being bled dry and trying to be sustainable with our own revenues. This entire discourse is futile. We didn want the Glazers and they got the club. They can sell whoever they want to and we have no choice.
There is another solution to the conflict of interest issue that Qatar would have in relation to Manchester United & PSG, fold Paris Saint Germain into Manchester United itself. After all, why have 2 teams (that Qatar owns) that are aiming to win the Champions League...when you can have 1 "super-team" try and do that instead? Of course should such a thing actually happen, there will certainly be riots on the streets of Paris...
Video idea: do you still consider Lionel Messi one of the greatest ever players now that we know that at least 2 of his league titles, the 2009 Champions League and several of his Ballon d'Ors were the direct result of Barcelona paying off referees?
IIRC, there are 3 important games for Barcelona that are actually fixed: 1.Barcelona vs Chelsea in 2nd leg semifinal back in 2009 (where Chelsea failed to appeal for potential penalty decision four times that resulted in Didier Drogba making his iconic rant). 2.Barcelona vs Arsenal in 2nd leg R16 back in 2011 (where Van Persie was red carded, even though he actually committed a time wasting foul). 3.Barcelona vs PSG in 2nd leg R16 back in 2017 (where two penalties that allowed Barca to mount an iconic remontada were awarded, even though there was no clear foul).
What are you talking about ? Is this some actual major news that I have somehow missed ? Or are you just another Messi hater that hopes he will somehow be stripped of some of his achievements ? TL ; DR - is this official ? Is there even an investigation or something like that, to give it some legitimacy ?
@@anonymususer1728 Barca are being investigated for $1.5 million euros of payments made to the vice president of La Liga's referee committee between 2016 and 2018. During that time they conceded 0 penalties and received 35 or so. The referee board member in question admitted on air that he "worked exclusively for Barcelona". As a united fan I don’t want this sort of owner and would much prefer Ratcliffe. We don’t need external investment from owner we just need to be allowed to keep what we generate
The irony of Man Utd's recent success this year is that the Glzers have maybe decided they don't want to sell the club after all hahahahaha!!! this is such a touch of Karma. if only the club stunk a little while longer, they might have sold it.
Why are you not covering Barcelona's referee scandal? That's more interesting than this topic. From 2003-2018 they were bribing the refs, ALL the titles won during that period should be revoked, Messi's titles should be revoked, his Ballon d'or should be revoked !
You know, those dividends aren't nearly as big as I thought they were the way that people go on about them. For context, its just over a year worth of the difference in wage budgets between Arsenal and United. I get not likely the owners, they aren't likable. And they are responsible for hiring the people that run the club. But the problem with United is actually the people that run the club and not the Glazers. "Glazers took all the money" is such a cheap line. You have the biggest wage budget in the entire fucking league. You've been fighting for champions league with Arsenal and Spurs for the last two years... whilst spending more then DOUBLE what they are spending on wages. Money is not the problem. The problem is the football people at the club. THAT is actually what needs to change. Say what you like about City and their Petro State owners, but they got a couple of good football people in, who got more good football people and used that money intelligently. You can have all the money in the world and it isn't gonna help if there aren't smart football people using it correctly. Look at fucking Chelsea right now. So like, Yes. The Glazers aren't good. But people get angry at them for the wrong reason. Ironically, the main issue at united is that nearly all the top jobs at the club are random ex-United players who have fuck all idea how to do those jobs. You generally need good business people in those roles. Football experience helps, and occasionally an ex player will end up being good at it. But the people they have the senior roles just aint it.
Anyone who buys any club even close to the value of United will obviously have blood money because its not possible for anyone to have that much money if if isn't
@@machiel5888 but you have to be a special type of billionaire to spent this type of money, name me 1 person that has this level of wealth and isnt a horrible person
Well, as long as old poor English boy continued his good form and even led the club to win the first silverware since Jose Mourinho's Double in 2017, it will be a good time for the new ownership to perform a takeover. In 2003, Chelsea qualified for the Champions League and Roman Abramovich conquered the English football with huge spending that produced 5 Premier Leagues and 2 European Cups.
Common sense tells us that the cost to buy the club is significantly higher than the entire net worth of the person attempting to own it 100%. So only way he can fund the purchase is if he digs his hands into the state funds of Qatar, its not rocket science people.
Considering how little we know about the Qatari, I'm willing to bet it could just be a guy making up everything trying to get Man United fans' hopes down.

Most modern stadiums have very little "stadium" in it. I would assume that Old Trafford's renovation would involve its surrounding area as well due to the fact that the stadium has not been renovated since 2006. Hence y it might cost £1 billion and £2 billion if they go the new stadium route

There's the supporter ran club called F.C.United of Manchester that is ran by the fan who walked out when Glazers took over in the early 2000s, maybe you can support that team instead 👏

Great video mate.
Great exposing for the qatari proposed deal...you nail it ..100% ..well.done
Is it just me or are Alfie’s recent videos just adverts linking to previously made HITC Sevens videos 😂
Tbh it works for Alfie tho, since those shoutouts to other videos sorta function like Wikipedia hyperlinks
Planning to update after the Nice video? Or I guess that last section implies there are no updates on that last one?
as a Utd fan who cares about human rights, of which there seem to not be many with how many back state ownership, I am incredibly concerned by the prospect of being owned, essentially, by Qatar.
That’s why we need the Super League
@@primevanchis we don't need that either. We need fans to be back in control

@@user-pf5en2df1ididn't they say that the debt will transferred to eneos, his company?
Sjr buy manu with debt. Same with glazer fam

@@Magtf_hikaroo PSG's operating budget is orders of magnitude higher than every other club in Ligue 1. They shouldn't even struggle to Ligue 1 titles. Nice has always been a mid-table club.

As a United fan. I absolutely hate the position we are in. Glazers somehow getting a 7fold return on investment after mismanaging us for almost 2 decades leading to only the worst of the worst shit owners having any possibility to buy the club.
That’s capitalism for you. Rich people fail upwards while poor people slave away for nothing.

‘Jassim Bin Hamad Al Jim Bin Ineos Al Thani’ 😂
Funnily enough, an evil precedent was set when the fa allowed city to be bought by a state. Made the playing field unbelievable hard and force other clubs to choose that route of investment
It's too late for fan-owned clubs in this world after being bled dry and trying to be sustainable with our own revenues.
This entire discourse is futile. We didn want the Glazers and they got the club. They can sell whoever they want to and we have no choice.
alfie what a smash n grab this is! down with the tories!
The thumbnail is clickbait even if the title isn't, Alfie.
Video idea: do you still consider Lionel Messi one of the greatest ever players now that we know that at least 2 of his league titles, the 2009 Champions League and several of his Ballon d'Ors were the direct result of Barcelona paying off referees?
IIRC, there are 3 important games for Barcelona that are actually fixed:
1.Barcelona vs Chelsea in 2nd leg semifinal back in 2009 (where Chelsea failed to appeal for potential penalty decision four times that resulted in Didier Drogba making his iconic rant).
You can find several sources with a quick google.
Also I strongly recommend you watch any one of the multitude of videos regarding Barcelona's Champions League semi-final against Chelsea. Search "Disgrace of the sport" for the one I think was the best example
Is it my new headphones or has Alfie started shouting again like back in 2018? Love the Wasp and Caterpillar reference though.

As a united fan I don’t want this sort of owner and would much prefer Ratcliffe. We don’t need external investment from owner we just need to be allowed to keep what we generate
Hi alfie
Can you make a video on wtf happen to Liverpool??
The irony of Man Utd's recent success this year is that the Glzers have maybe decided they don't want to sell the club after all hahahahaha!!! this is such a touch of Karma. if only the club stunk a little while longer, they might have sold it.
Shame on the English fans. They sold the soul of football.

Why are you not covering Barcelona's referee scandal? That's more interesting than this topic. From 2003-2018 they were bribing the refs, ALL the titles won during that period should be revoked, Messi's titles should be revoked, his Ballon d'or should be revoked !
Why can’t West Ham get a new owner too 😢 we suck now
At least your owners invest in the club
Hope Mike Ashley buys your club. Everyone is so ungrateful of their club owners then complain that football is being ruined by money
@26:00 where is the link you talked about?
Anyone who buys any club even close to the value of United will obviously have blood money because its not possible for anyone to have that much money if if isn't

Do you really know about ineos and Jim ratcliffe, you know that the Saudi royal own a significant amount of ineos and have invested over 2billion into the company, but know one talks about it because you have a Manchester born, Chelsea season ticket holder for over 10 years, but he is apparently a fan. So with ineos technically we will be bought indirectly by Saudi Arabia, if I had to choose between 1b debt with ineos and Jim(and Saudi Arabia from the background) or Qatar with no debt plus all investments into infrastructure. Both are sports washing but I would choose Qatar
Not that dissimilar from Monty Python when Tarquin Fim Tim Wim Bin Nim Bus Stop F’Tang F’Tang Ole Biscuit Barrel stood for the Silly Party in the election
The thing about Saudi Arabia criticising Qatar over the funding of Islamist Terrorists...is that they have a similar problem themselves.

How will it take over a billion to renovate OT? We could build a new stadium for that
Most modern stadiums have very little "stadium" in it. I would assume that Old Trafford's renovation would involve its surrounding area as well due to the fact that the stadium has not been renovated since 2006. Hence y it might cost £1 billion and £2 billion if they go the new stadium route
It's easier to tear something down and start from scratch than have to work around a used structure for years
