Kdenlive does have Speech-to-Text (Automatic subtitles), as well a Pre-Rendering, it's the red play button next to the star above the timeline area. I've covered Color Correction-Grading and Green Screen removal in Kdenlive. Interest video nonetheless, I've been considering making a Pr vs Kden video, but I dunno.
Yeah after I made that video they updated it to add the pre rendering button, before it was hidden in some menu option. Still don't see where to make generate subtitles automatically tho.
Kdenlive has the option to import only audio or video, you just have to drag it onto the timeline from project bin For moving objects around, you don't need to add the effect. If you drag the nodes up on the cilp, you get an effect and can quickly switch it to composition and transform in the drop down.

Love the review! Kdenlive is so
Underrated.😊
Yeah Kdenlive is my main video editor these days, works perfect for my use-case!

Honestly, Kdenlive is better and stronger
