She was very close to Rae won filming Doctor Crush, even more closer than HB and YJ, but during that time SH was single. She was close with Jong Suk during filming of Pinocchio because they were doing modeling together before. My point is, HB and SH I’m sure became very good friends during the course of their filming though they just worked together for the first time and in spite of their age gap. But how close can a woman with a bf get to her leading man without people casting stone on her and calling her a slut? She was just behaving the way she should behave. Unlike his role In MOA where he was so overconfident and overbearing yet cute (better than a lovesick captain), so in control, so manly and his visuals, oh my, so handsome. But MOA’s plot is so different, the first of its kind in Korean entertainment industry, whereas CLOY is just your regular romantic comedy drama, but still, I don’t like the script of CLOY, especially their love lines like “the woman I love” , (so cheesy) ngek, and their gestures when HB is so attentive to YJ ( he has more pressing matter to attend to as a captain in an Korean army than writing silly notes about YJ’s daily routines and wasting his time reminding her everyday on the phone, so unrealistic!) which I’m sure are all scripted I feel so awkward for them. I find them pushing themselves to the max to be sweet because that’s what appeals to the audience. Didn’t their agency say they’re just striking the iron while it’s hot (while the rumors about them still hot). Taking advantage of their closeness while it’s still effective? Most of the scenes like how they were connected in the past are so difficult to believe 🤪. But if it’s true they’re more than just friends in real life and they’ll end up together in the altar, what is that to PSH? She’s committed to CTJ. We will be happy for them. I love the love story part of MOA more than the VR game part. It’s so heartbreaking I truly cried on most of their scenes. I can relate why PHS has to cry a lot there. I would if I were on her shoes. Actually, I find PSH character as important as HB.’s. Take away her part and MOA would be one long boring drama minus a drama 😜. Their chemistry is like a supernova!!! And their kissing scenes and the way the look at each other lovingly/longingly for hours I couldn’t take it. My heart just melted. I wonder Why I didn’t see that kind of kissing scenes in CLOY? I was expecting too much on that department. Thought they have the best chemistry? All I see are pecks on the lips and fan service kiss scenes. And MOA has the best OST’s and musical scoring, like all the best artists collaborated. Again, that’s my opinion.

Thank you for this! But allow me to give a little suggestion. I hope you’d use MOTA OSTs (or any OST of the drama that you’ll highlight) for coherence. I can’t seem to vibe to this deeply when It’s Okay That’s Love scenes are also playing in my head.
I love HB in all the dramas, but by far I think he’s the best in Secret Garden, well deserve the grand prize in Baeksang. His chemistry with HJW at thar time was amazing.

I too like MOTA better than CLOY even though a lot of things need to be explained in MOTA. The love relationship was very organic. PSH playing two characters was stroke of genius, but unfortunately the writer did not realize all the potential she had available with the two characters, HJ and Emma, participating in game action scenes. I like that HJ was a strong, mentally healthy, independent woman. HB's acting was off-the-chain... JW went from emotional high of success to hitting rock bottom...alcoholism and fear...eventually finding his strength through geniune love and support from HJ. It was only in dealing with the game that you had to suspend your belief (i.e. - How was Emma, a character in a game able to effect the real world?) In CLOY, I couldn't get past the fact they were asking us to believe that Se'Ri was more beautiful than Dan and that was just one issue I had. My fav scene in CLOY was when Captain Ri's dad came to save him and his soldiers and I loved the scenes with the soldiers. With no part 2 MOTA will go down in history as one of those heartrending iconic tragedies to be watched by us love lorn souls yearly. Hopefully, we will see PSH and HB in another project together...

HB finally admitted to date SYJ which he should do lit ong time ago. He should not deny her many times last year in order admit it this year 😅. If he came out and said that he dated SYJ in 2020 then there would be No fan wars between SYJ- fans and PSH -fans or SHK fans last year. He should tell SYJ - fans to stop being soooo toxic and competitive when they went into the Jenga clip on YT and made a claim of HB for SYJ 😂. To be fair, of course, SYJ acted with her man so the chemistry must be different. I learnt that now SYJ is better for HB than PSH ×10000 times 🤙. If I knew that HB has dated SYJ since he broke up with KSR 2018🙄 then I wouldn't waste my time to ship him with another actresses . Any way you were right to say that I should be objective next time 😅.
