The Australian actress detailed in her memoir Rebel Rising how she received a last-minute invitation to the party in 2014.

JJ needs to be fired the way he treated Angela Levin
Please address how horrible JJ treated Angela Levin yesterday on RUclips. He was so disrespectful, rude cutting her off every time she tried to answer his questions. I swear he set her up to bully her, and then he turned off comments so no one could say how disgusting he was. I will never watch anything he is on ever again.

She claims this 'orgy' was in 2014, so none of your surmises can possibly be correct as everyone moves position in the line whenever an eligible child is born or someone dies.
