The "1st Armored Division Old Ironsides" museum on Fort Bliss is literally the old commissary from the 70's. (I preferred the Air Defense Artillery museum when it was on Bliss personally and the one on Fort Sill isn't as cool, even though it has the Atomic Annie cannon but I digress.) This is kinda sorta reminiscent of that minus the 3 floors. Pretty cool museums to visit, and if I was a 1/87 scale person I would definitely visit your museum too.

By the way, I'm still going to be adding future tanks to this. So if you have any suggestions of future armor I should add to this, please by all means let me know

@@DiecastEmporium I could name a few. An M42 Duster, German Flak 36/38, a bofors 40mm kinda doubles for the M42 Duster. You could also add a HAWK missile launcher, a Chapparal missile launcher, the HAWK radar system, the Vulcan M163, there's a million things to add. You could add a Russian BMP, BRDM, Tunguska. I'd love to see a Vietnam era Huey or Cobra (because every aviation unit had them up until the 80's.) Just remember to add rust and dirt to anything outside of the building. (Edited twice because you have towed artillery, an M41 and 2 versions of Pattons.)

Also the M3 Bradley is the Cavalry version. The M2 is the IFV.

Hi, this is a great video. I first watched your video about a snowplow 5 years ago , back then I didn't know who you were. Then last September, 2020, one of your videos showed up and that's I when started watching your videos again. Later when I scrolled down, I found out that the old snowplow video was yours.

great video. question for you, sir. you mentioned on the first tank, about them being known as male or female. could you expand on that, please? thank you for you time, sir.

    • @DiecastEmporium

      Per the BBC:
"There were two types of Mark I tank: 'male' and 'female'. Male tanks mounted a six-pounder gun in each sponson, plus three light machine guns. Female tanks had two heavy Vickers machine guns in place of the six-pounders. The Hotchkiss six-pounder was an adapted naval gun with a range of 6,860 metres."

On the grant the tank isn’t called Monty that’s the name of the commanding officer and the early Sherman’s weren’t as dangerous to their own crews as the main gun was capable against most panzer that the allies encountered baring the panzer v and up and is why amour historians say that it was one of the best tanks of the war and its reputation for being dangerous is a more recent myth in fact by the end of the war the allies were losing something like one crewman per vehicle lost and the German tanks were not anywhere near as good as the USA and USSR’s tanks as they were difficult to maintain and the parts were hard to find and this took out several hundred German tanks.

So why do you always feel the need to correct this guy openly in forum here? Why don't you PM him and figure it out instead of being "that guy in class" BTW some of your "facts" are incorrect on several videos.

As for my facts if and when they are incorrect please correct me I’m not trying to be “that guy in class” I’m simply trying to provide info to everyone and if that info is incorrect I would greatly appreciate a correction so I don’t continue thinking these facts are true and can expand my knowledge
Thanks in advance for any and all anticipated corrections Virginia Paddler
