I played this on my last game. Our two Ogryns were down, the Psyker was down and I was the only one standing against 3 crushers, a sniper, and 3 rangers, plus a massive horde. The fact that not only I killed them all and rescued the team and went on to win the game was one of my most memorable games.
So imagine this: I've never played Painkiller but I somehow have heard the full OST for HOURS. Turns out the friend that installed Killing Floor on my pc had also swapped a lot of the OST for Painkiller OST. What a nostalgia trip man, you gave me goosebumps, doubly thank you!
I would argue there is no specific genre for this music. It has Choral music elements, Industrial elements, and the arrangement certainly feels metal (which is why i made the cover, it just screamed metal to me!)

@@Eriadorus this is what was so cool about killing floor, I had the rammstein music mod which put all their music as the soundtrack and it was perfect
The cat is VIBES, but a good cinematic or gameplay edit would go HARD
