I have a question when I started running to when I am now I was running 9:30 pace at 180 bpm and now am doing it at 9:30 at 160 bpm a year later is that a sign that my easy pace will finally start going down?
It is definitely a sign of improvement. I would say easy pace is what feels easy to you and don’t base it off one metric as there are many variables to it
