I was waiting for Troy to walk in and proclaim, "It smells like feet in here!" 😅
I find it really interesting that no part of the chicken is wasted, via your methods. I like your videos of gardening, too.
She stole the show, Troy.
And doing a wonderful job
Thank you so much for this video. Very informative and very WELL DONE.
So here is an idea with the non-gelatinous stock. Reduce it down to a demi-glace like consistency then freeze it into ice cubes to fortify a meal
Great idea! ~Kelly
Interesting test. It's a shame more families today don't prepare more food on their own vs buying store bought foods. Probably why there's more sickness and illness in the world today from a lack of vitamins and other nutrients processed out of the store-bought food that we eat !!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ great information thank you 😊
LOVE IT!! Way to use everything you can!! Now I want chicken feet. 😬
Great video Kelly. Very informative. I have never run them twice before but I sure will from now on! Thank you so much for sharing. God bless ~Lisa
Those are really nice chicken feet. I think folks in Asia would love that large size for the different preparations they have, braised, fried, etc.
Kelli, that was a wonderful video. Well planned and executed. I had no idea that chicken feet had any food value. Thanks for the demonstration. 👍
Thank you, Kelly; please make more like this.
It is interesting to see the difference in roasting. Who would have thought you could boil twice
I always cut off the toe nails, it helps to release more of the collagen
Way too tedious for me for the number I’m doing, but I appreciate the tip! ~Kelly
Chicken stock is so good
Great video, Kelly. It never would've crossed my mind to use the feet for anything but pig treats. I love that they are so collagen rich.
Bonus points for saying "Instant Pot". My people tend to say "Instapot", and it's not important enough to correct someone. I was pretty stoked to hear someone say it the right way, though. 😂 Instacart, but Instant Pot.
😂 Too funny! I hear that a lot, too. ~Kelly
I hear that if you don't wash the feet, it really adds to the flavor... 😅
😳 I don’t think I like that kind of flavor!😆 ~Kelly
@@RedToolHouse Hah... I thought Troy would appreciate the humor. Thanks for making me laugh again, Kelly, I always appreciate laughing at my own humor.
