Let your guest speak. Be careful not to cut them off. Give them a chance to explain the what, who, why, etc.

Well Kirby that's a bit contradictory or much like a catch 20/20'situation.
Think about it, if they are well dressed then surely they don't need your help.
So it should be something like hi I'm Kirby Alison and I like to help the poorly dressed improve their taste in clothes and wardrobe

That Kirby-Negroni toe is sublime. It manages to be both elegant yet strong, it’s the perfect balance for this style of shoe I feel and I hope the style is adopted by many shoemakers as it really does walk both worlds of style and gives the use of the shoe greater scope I feel. These actually would look fantastic with a dark blue raw denim pair of jeans combined a tweed jacket in shades of brown with a cornflower blue button down linen shirt open at the neck! And unlike many here I actually like the conversation. It’s the sort two passionate people have when discussing a subject they mutually love!
ianmedium Dominic is going to remake the first pair of black captoe oxfords. I’m excited because the smooth leather will better showcase this beautiful toe shape!
Dominic Casey’s a great guy and incredibly clever. It’s touch and go between him and Daniel Wegan. They’re both superb.

This has been something I have been noticing for quite some time. It is very rude.
I would say the majority of us have this same issue to a certain extent. It’s very common when in full conversation with somebody.

Is that one man's shoe, and that exhibits excitement, I don't see any problem with that, he also has a lot of Knowledgeable things to say which to me makes both of what they are saying at a time more important to any listener who want to know more about shoes, history, comfort and fit. And what makes other bespoke shoemakers around the world thick or thin.Casey to my opinion is the world's best bespoke shoemaker. I still haven't watched anybody better than him.

What I see is two friends, both excited about the product of their collaboration, working to explain all the time and effort that went towards creating art. I watched this expecting a very casual conversation.

What price range are we talking here? And how long does this process take from an initial meeting with the shoemaker to delivery?
According to Dominic's website it takes 4 months and shoes start at £3500.
The first is probably a bit moore expensive because of the last making.

I love these videos but there is one thing that bugs me: there are not enough close ups of the details you are discussing. For exemple, you talk about the stitching round the sole being particularly dense at 15 spi but all we see is two guys holding a pair of shoes. Could you consider making specific close ups of this sort of thing so that we can all see exactly what you are talking about and what effect is achieved? The shots could be slotted in to the video with the soundtrack continuing over and an edit taking us to the shot of the stitching, etc.
Nice shoes by the way. Very like my 31 year old Lobbs suede brogues :)

I have to say I'm getting a little disappointed in the Hanger Project lately. When I first subscribed, the videos were informative full of material and technical information, lessons and advice but in the last few months it has turned into dozens of videos of Kirby getting bespoke shoes and suits.
Ohhhh wouldn't it be nice to be able to buy your shoes as a business expense.
@Kirby Allison I think the content and information you provide on your videos is great. However, as many have already pointed out, it seems that in your recent videos with guests, there is excessive interruptions coming from you when they speak. Admittedly, this video was very hard to watch as I wanted to hear what Dominic had to say regarding his process, but felt like he kept being cut off before he finished his thought. Almost felt like you were trying to "One-Up" him with your knowledge (felt like you also did this with Richard at Carmina). I figure if you go through the work of getting such a master in his craft as Mr. Casey on the channel, you would want to give him as much time as possible to speak. In addition, the "uh huhs", "um huhs", and "yeahs" when they are speaking, come off as....dismissive. Like you are not interested in what they have to say (which I know is not the case, but that's how it sounds). The feedback would be to present your question, allow your guest time to answer and finish their thought, listen attentively without interrupting, and then present any follow-up questions or thoughts. Just some constructive observations from a long-time viewer. I know like everything this is a skillset that needs to be fine-tuned, and I'm confident you'll continue to do so. I would like to watch the videos in a more chronological order. I understand that it's not always possible to publish them like that but, I have already seen these shoes in other videos so, I am not that excited to see this video. I am going to pass on it.
