When leveled grim casts a constant power interaction to the target for extra superpower damage. It saves up slots so you don’t have to use a superpower to proc extra damage. For example, in order to do extra damage as fire power the target needs to be on fire. Grim keeps the target on fire. Better off with grim rather than being stationary using amplified heat vision.
