    World Food Safety Day is an annual celebration to draw attention and inspire action to help prevent, detect and manage food borne risks. This guide presents information for the fourth World Food Safety Day which we invite you to celebrate on7 June.
    Healthy food contains good fats and nutrients that are vital for your body. Healthy food items offer your body the strength and the capacity to fight against various diseases. Whereas But junk food is a highly processed food and contains a high amount of calories. These foods are, harmful to your health. So we should stop eating junk foods and start eating healthy foods like vegetables and foods.
    Here are some examples of junk foods -
    cakes and biscuits.
    fast foods (such as hot chips, burgers and pizzas)
    chocolate and sweets.
    processed meat (such as bacon)
    snacks (such as chips)
    sugary drinks (such as sports, energy and soft drinks)
    Here are some examples of Healthy foods -
    Fish. ...
    Broccoli or any of the cruciferous vegetables. ...
    Beets. ...
    Spinach and other leafy green vegetables. ...
    Kale. ...
    Peanut butter. ...
    Almonds. ...
    Mangoes.
    So about the poster or drawing I am using pencil colours to draw this poster but
    you can draw the same with poster colours or watercolours.
    size of the paper is 21x15 cms.
    I am using pencil colors to make this poster but you can use any colors you like.
