Wrong Cameron - asking for monitoring of voting doesn't violate civil rights...where did you learn that from? If they are looking at each and everyone's vote, yes that's a violation but ensuring that the ballots box isn't tampered, ensuring that no one is inserting more than one piece of paper or that the system isn't tampered (with a USB stick) isn't a violation of civil rights. Straightening out this mind pretzel, I try to keep it simple. When I get in my car to drive some where, I don't proceed out on the road with the "intent" to break traffic laws. If I should "carelessly" speed, go through a red light, etc. and get " arrested" by a cop, I doubt it would do any good to "remind" the officer that breaking traffic laws was not my intent.
The FBI job is to investigate to determine whether laws were broken which they found to be the case. Intention has nothing to do with anything. Being ignorant or unable to remember likewise. It is the job of doj, attorney general to prosecute the infraction as they regularly have done in other cases. The courts job is to determine if the evidence is sufficient to convict. If a conviction is obtained, the court then assigns a penalty for the offense.
This is a straight forward process with no politics involved what so ever.
Every official who has been involved in Miscarrying justice in this matter has also committed crimes and broken the oath they swore. They have breached their contractual obligations with their employer, the American people and must also be charged, tried and if convicted pay the penalties for their offenses. Simple. The fact that none of this is taking place makes it clear that the system is not functional in this case. The simplest way to fix it is prepare a warrant for Hillary Clinton's arrest, serve it by arresting her, set bail, set a court date to hear the case and move along, just like any other case against any other American citizen. She's not special. Everyone is exactly the same in the eyes of the law. Why complicate something so simple?
So she's automatically always late 45 minutes? I don't think that's a good trait to have as a president.
