Another great video. I think if players would learn 3 things they would see a big improvement. 1. Use binos. I can get ranges and fire from the bino position. I make some amazing shots. Over the horizon and through windows. 2. Learn the maps. Watch McKongs videos on maps. Everyone tends to go to the same spots every game. 3. Get and learn ranging. For me it’s second nature to continuously get ranges. Now I can shoot at 800 meters in a snap. I know what a target looks like at different ranges. Bonus advice. Watch McKongs videos
@@McKonggaming Exactly! I have been saved by hearing the Sherman engine sound in my left or right ear..Also if your teammates on the mini map are disappearing on your flank you may want to reposition yourself
I use the Panther F in tandem with the Jagdpanther, fairly reliable vehicles yes, but I haven't maxed them out yet so I don't have rangefinders for the Panther F. I did see your manual rangefinding video some time ago, so that was certainly helpful.

My panther F is a complete meme, it's covered in bright red and yellow decals, signs, and bushes in useless places. Yet whenever I take it out at 6.7 (7.7) I consistently do good with it xD Nobody expects the target practice meme tank
That sounds crazy 😅 but if it works it ain't stupid. The higher the BR the more squishy the tanks get and the Panther F really has a good magnification for it's BR. Maybe I also have to force the Panther F in some higher BRs and see how it works.
I experienced the same especially at 6.0. The playstyle of the Panther F helps to have better matches since you are not in the middle of the action and get at least some kills, even if the match is a total defeat.
According to original documents from Hilary Louis Doyle about the Panther F, he had a turret rotation of 4 minutes with the handwheel, a 360° rotation, with a hydraulic gear 360° in 30 seconds! With the same turret weight as the Ausf G variant!. 7.5 tons heavy. Gaijin made a mistake rotating the Schmallturm tower, no question! . the speed was 3.3 km/h in reverse gear.

Oky based on this the panther F is a great tank that can follow up with the panther A, Tiger 2, Jagtiger, Ferdinand, kugelblitz, bulldog, Jagpanther, Puma, and tiger E/H1 also the Tiger 1 P ( Tiger 1 tanks use as spare line up or near the end). But to better brawl the panther A us a slightly superior than F but great if partnered up with A or Tiger 2/ SLA ver. Or 10.5 cm one
I only brawl with the tiger 2p and 2h. Yes, the panther A can push/brawl some enemies occasionally. I have a feeling that the pzr IV/70 and maybe the Jagdpanther can "brawl" in downtiers at their BR. But again you want to play them like a case-mate. Someday I will find the time to have a closer look at them in terms of brawling
@@McKonggaming my suggestion since Im an expert in casemate tanks as you remember sometime ago I always out lived you when ever you pushed by yourself. Stugs, the Hetzer, panzer4/5 and 70 best played in semi closed environment due to there fast traverse while the Jagpanther, Ferdinand, Jagtiger are best played as early pushers, strong hold support and point watchers

Past 1k meters a lot of times I've noticed it will just say "1080" even if its actually1600 or 1800 w/out a real range finder. It's also about twice as fast getting you a number.

@@McKonggaming okay, thats fine, im just having trouble using it, i have looked at the war thunder wiki, pros and kons, but it didnt worked, in match, i get in the air and kill 1 Enemy plane, next enemy plane flys face to face, and i die ( sometiemes), maybe u can do a tutorial on how to deal with 2 planes facing you, if you want.

@@topfamous297 yes but the IS-2 also has a long reload and is very sluggish, so can easily be out manoeuvred or caught whilst reloading, so imo 5.7 is fine for the first IS-2

There is no stoping the IS-2 gun at at 5.7 and the post pen? Well, let's just say, my Tiger had never been hit by the IS-2 twice....
@@topfamous297 The Is-2 is fine at 5.7, the gun is good (also it has the best sight of the Is-2's). But the Armour is mediocre at best, the lower glacis plate can be penned regardless of angling, the turret checks a viable weakspot and the cupola is also pretty big and only armoured at 80mm (i think). Also you can do track ans barrel torture.

I am still not that good playing case-mate tanks. I picked the panther A as additional vehicle and the tiger e.

I have such a hard time playing germany as my team is often terrible and i get flanked and swarmed as a result.
