    You didn't mention that you can also carry beef carcasses in halves by using both rails. You don't have to quarter the beef if the need arises...

      If I want to do just goats, can I go with a smaller size model (which costs a bit less) and still meets USDA specs or is the size of the M2 the minimum that meets USDA specs?

    I'm wondering what a truck like that would cost.
    I'm retiring soon and want to move to Texas to hunt hogs. Try to put a dent in the destructive pig population there. I just want to be able to dress them out until I get them back to the shop.
    I'm a Cherokee Indian. We feed people.

    • @StacyTheRooster

      It’s the biggest you can go without having a CDL. This one is around $80,000
      You could by a smaller on and build it up for around $20,000

    • @StacyTheRooster
      @StacyTheRooster  Год назад +1

      By the way that is a great idea. 😎 I don’t think there is a limit on those pigs

      @@StacyTheRooster Thanks! $80,000 is doable.
      An On-Site Smoker for Ham, Beacon, Sausage, Fish and whatnot. And about 30 40 chickens. That's what I'm thinking. There's some really nice pieces of property in Texas too. I can butcher a Elk in about an hour if there's nobody around bugging me.
      Ya know, it's either that or a Sawyer business and go after all of the fallen trees after the Tornado season to help with the clean up.
      Thank for the reply. Wish me luck. 😁

      @@bradjones5107 I was thinking the females should be good! I would try and eat one of those 2 yr old male boers before you invest in a truck We don’t kill them unless they cut them there nuts off. After the nuts are cut off you have too wait 3 months before you can butcher them to get rid of the boar smell. “Good luck my friend “
