As of January 2024 the fang has been nerfed on slash, so DO NOT use it at Vardorvis anymore! Bring your best slash weapon instead (Soulreaper axe, Scythe, Salad Blade, Tent Whip)!
Very nice guide. Just a question about the virus attack, the wiki says there's a point where you can free eat a 3 tick food, is that if you dont get the right click? Can you do both? If you get the right click are you attacking just once?
Yeah if you get the right click you won't get a free eat. If your attack isn't on cool down, then you can eat before attacking without the delay, so if you miss the right click, then go ahead and eat before attacking again.
@@FCASandChill Thanks alot for the reply, I have implemented this and it's working well. One thing I am struggling with is when an axe spawns behind me as Vardo is doing his slide attack I'm unable to move, at first I thought I lagged but I think it's pretty consistantly those conditions, as Vardo is sliding infront of me my character is turning to keep facing him and I can't dodge the axe, any ideas?
Him sliding shouldn't keep you from moving, I imagine you're just clicking slightly too late to move away from the axe, but it's hard to know for sure without seeing a clip.
Aim to click the tile adjacent to the pillar (below the upper pillar tile), his sliding attack moves the arm portion of his hitbox over the two upper pillar tiles and you end up attacking him instead of moving to the tile. You can also aim at the bottom right edge of the upper tile to avoid the hitbox, but obviously it's more precise and mess up more.
@@YELY-w3j i got it, and the quest cape at lv85 combat. Used a ring of suffering imbued with blood fury and focused on prayer switch and tanked some axes on the later phases.
Torment will let you get slightly faster kills, but blood fury will allow for longer trips. It's probably better to use blood fury unless you're going for pbs. But as an ironman, farming blood shards sucks lol

am i missing something lol, the whole arena for me is just puire white covered in snow and i legit cant see a thing
You might have the low detail plugin on in RL
Use better npc highlights plug-in and set the true tile for the axes and select highlught hull for the ranged special
Is it Torment > Blood fury?

Are you getting any drops in 800 kills I have nothing lol
Yeah I got the axe head and a few ingots. Hopefully we'll both get the vestige before too long!
I NEED A COACH
I didnt get vestige until 2600 kc :D
Damn, that's really unlucky. Glad you finally got it though!
